Forks a child that waits, tries the supervisor’s accesses on it, and
kills it.
§Arguments
userns - User namespace the child enters first, if any.try_ptrace - Whether to try PTRACE_SEIZE too.
§Returns
The result of each access; a child that could not enter its namespace
reports that errno for both.
