fn loader_supports_argv0(host_interp: &[u8]) -> bool

Whether the loader at host_interp understands --argv0.

glibc (>= 2.33) stores the option as --argv0; musl parses the leading dashes itself and stores argv0. Probed once per loader by scanning the file; the result is cached for the life of the supervisor.
