Plans the first tracee’s exec in the guest-stub restricted mode: its command, argument vector and environment as the child will exec them.

Arguments

• ctx - Shared supervisor state, with the first tracee registered.
• pid - The first tracee.
• env - The environment the child execs with, None for the supervisor’s.

Errors

The errno the exec would have failed with.
