Function shim_passthrough

Source
pub fn shim_passthrough(r: &Req<'_>, nr: i64) -> Option<Outcome>
Expand description

Lets the trampoline’s own syscalls through untranslated.

Between the rewritten exec and the trampoline’s exec of the real target, the process opens and unlinks its record, and carries out the setup of a nested launch, with host paths. The mark is verified against /proc/<pid>/exe so a program whose rewritten exec failed is not left untranslated. Serves both modes: with ptrace the trampoline’s notified syscalls come here and its traced ones to syscall::traced.

§Arguments

  • r - The notification.
  • nr - Canonical syscall number.

§Returns

Some(Continue) for the trampoline, None otherwise.
