The identity syscalls under -0, over the process’s virtual crate::procs::Ids.
Getters report the virtual ids. Setters follow the kernel’s rules: with a
virtual effective id of 0 any value is accepted, otherwise only the real,
effective and saved ids may be chosen; a 32-bit -1 leaves a field alone.
