The target of the link path names, or dirfd was opened on for an empty path, read by its path.

Arguments

• r - The notification.
• dirfd - Base descriptor for a relative path, or libc::AT_FDCWD.
• path - Path bytes as read from the tracee, without NUL.

Errors

As the translation, or the errno of reading the link.
