Reads a register set (PTRACE_GETREGSET), the only register interface on aarch64.

Arguments

• pid - Tracee thread id.
• nt - Note type, e.g. NT_PRSTATUS.
• buf - Destination of len bytes.

Returns

The number of bytes the kernel filled: a 32-bit tracee’s NT_PRSTATUS is smaller than a 64-bit one, which is how the ABI is told apart.
